IDTel provides tools for reserving Vanity iD Numbers, building AI-powered landing pages, managing subscriptions, and joining the Affiliate Program.
These Terms apply to all features and integrations with IDDial.com and related applications.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must be 18 or older and supply accurate information.
- Keep passwords secure and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
- Prices in AUD unless stated otherwise; foreign currency rates shown for reference only.
- Payments handled through Stripe, PayPal, or Wise.
- Australian GST applies to AU customers; international buyers may be subject to local taxes or VAT.
- Refunds are assessed under Australian Consumer Law and our refund policy.
5. Affiliates & Partners
Affiliate activities are governed by the Affiliate Agreement v2.1. By joining the Program you accept its terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the site to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Spread malware or spam.
- Misrepresent IDTel or affiliates.
- Engage in fraud, harassment, or unlawful marketing.
We may restrict access for misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, logos, and content on IDTel.co and IDDial.com belong to IDTel. Do not copy or resell without permission.
8. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some IDTel features use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to generate, analyse, or present information — including chat, voice synthesis, and automated content suggestions. AI outputs are for informational and assistive purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, IDTel does not guarantee completeness or reliability of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before relying on them.
9. International Use
IDTel operates from Australia but serves users worldwide. You must comply with local laws in your jurisdiction.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about availability or accuracy. Content and pricing may change without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IDTel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
12. Termination
We may close accounts for breach or misuse. You may cancel anytime; certain data may be retained for legal purposes.
13. Changes to Terms
Updates take effect 14 days after posting unless otherwise stated.
14. Governing Law
Governed by Queensland, Australia law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.

3. Public Information
Listings and contact details are provided by users. IDTel does not guarantee accuracy or endorse listed businesses. Use discretion when interacting with them.
4. User-Generated Content
You may upload text, images, and media. By uploading, you grant IDTel a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host and display your content. You must own or have rights to all materials you submit. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful or offensive.
5. Prohibited Content
No pornographic, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, or malicious content. No malware or fake reviews.
6. Linking & Integrations
IDDial may link to external sites; we are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform design and code belong to IDTel. Your uploads remain yours subject to the licence above.
8. Artificial Intelligence Features
IDDial may use AI systems to generate voice, text, or search summaries. These are assistive only and may contain errors. You should review and verify AI-generated information before acting on it.
9. International Use
Accessible globally; users must comply with local laws. Non-waivable consumer rights remain protected.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
Provided “as is.” IDTel’s liability is limited to re-performance or refund of fees (if any).
11. Termination & Removal
We may remove content or accounts that breach these Terms or laws.
12. Amendments
We may revise these Terms; continued use signifies acceptance.
13. Governing Law
