How It Works — Create Your Smart iD Landing Page
Follow these quick steps to build your Smart iD, connect it to your business, and make it visible on Google and iDDial.
Start at iDTel.co
Go to iDTel.co and click Business.
Select Your Country and Enter Your Number
Type the phone number you already own – mobile/cell or landline. You’ll keep using your original number exactly as normal; Smart iD simply connects to it.
Choose Your Word
Pick a memorable word that fits your brand (e.g. PIZZA, GYM, LAW or Business name). The system checks availability instantly and shows if it’s free to claim.
Reserve Your Smart iD
Click Reserve Now and complete checkout. Your word-number is now uniquely yours and a landing page is created – one per business.
Edit Your Landing Page
In My Account, use AI Onboard Step 1 — enter your website or Facebook page, business name, and location. AI will automatically import details and pre-fill your landing page while training your AI Assistant. You can then edit or add any extra info at any time using the Edit button.
Configure Your AI Assistant
Click Configure AI Step 2 to give your assistant a name, tone and voice. Your Smart iD landing page is live – discoverable on Google and iDDial.com, ready for customer interaction.
Share & Get Found
Click View Landing Page then use the share button. Share your Smart iD anywhere – website, business cards, ads or socials. Now customers can connect instantly and share your page.
Add to Home Screen
From any mobile browser, tap Share → Add to Home Screen to keep your Smart iD as a one-tap shortcut that works like an app.
Usage and FAQ
Open Usage & FAQ to view voice usage and AI answers. Here you can top up voice credits and edit responses to help your AI learn and improve.
