Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Premium Smart iD Number: Any 123WORD format number (e.g., 123BANK, 123LAW) offered through iDDialAi.
Enhanced Rights of Use (EROU): Exclusive rights to use a Premium Smart iD Number within a specific country.
Country-Level Exclusivity: Only one entity per country may use each 123WORD number.
Services: Smart Landing Pages, AI tools, call routing, hosting, analytics, and related platform features.


2. Nature of Rights (No Ownership)

Premium Smart iD Numbers are not owned by the purchaser.
All numbers remain the exclusive property of iDTel / iDDialAi.
Purchasers receive exclusive Enhanced Rights of Use within their selected country as long as all fees remain current.


3. Exclusivity

  • Exclusive use applies per country only.
  • Global exclusivity is not included unless separately purchased.
  • The same number may be assigned to different businesses in different countries.

4. Acquisition Methods

Premium Smart iD Numbers may be allocated via:

  • Best Offer submissions
  • Direct purchase
  • Negotiated private sale
  • Public or private auction
  • Third-party marketplaces
  • Transfers (Tier 1 only)

iDTel may accept, reject, or negotiate any offer at its discretion.


5. Fees & Hosting Requirements

5.1 Mandatory Hosting Fee

To maintain rights, the purchaser must keep an active hosting plan:
AUD $499/month (or equivalent local currency)

Hosting includes:

  • Smart iD landing page
  • AI Voice & Chat Assistant
  • Routing
  • Smart Links
  • SEO metadata
  • Updates
  • Support

5.2 Voice Top-Ups

AI voice usage requires top-ups:
$25 for 10 hours of AI voice time.

5.3 Lapsed Hosting

If hosting fees remain unpaid for 12 months, Enhanced Rights of Use terminate, and the number returns to iDTel’s Premium Pool.


6. Transfer Rights (Tier 1 Only)

Tier 1 Premium Smart iD Numbers may be transferred or sold.
Transfers require:

  • iDTel approval
  • Transfer fee
  • Updated platform connection

Local and Area numbers cannot be transferred.


7. Inactivity Policy

If a Premium Smart iD Number is unused, disconnected, or unpaid for 12 months, the rights lapse, and the number may be reassigned or re-auctioned.


8. Acceptable Use

Premium numbers may not be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraud or deception
  • Spam or abusive marketing
  • Trademark infringement
  • Misrepresentation
  • Harmful business practices

Violations may result in immediate termination.


9. Platform Dependency

Premium Smart iD Numbers require connection to the iDTel platform.
They cannot be independently hosted, redirected, or modified outside platform rules.


10. Refund Policy

Due to the scarcity and premium nature of these numbers, all purchases, bids, offers, and hosting fees are non-refundable.


11. Global Variations

Local telecom regulations may affect availability, features, or pricing.
iDTel may adjust rights or rules to comply with local laws.


12. Disclaimer

iDTel does not guarantee:

  • SEO rankings
  • Call volume
  • Customer behaviour
  • Specific outcomes
  • AI accuracy
  • Platform uptime

13. Limitation of Liability

iDTel is not liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Telecom failures
  • AI issues
  • Downtime
  • Provider outages
  • Misuse of numbers

Maximum liability is limited to one month of hosting fees.


14. Amendments

iDTel may modify these terms at any time.
Changes become effective when published on this page.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your rights lapse after 12 months of non-payment.
The number returns to the Premium Pool.


Is the number exclusive to my business?

Yes. You get one-per-country exclusivity.


Can I use the number outside iDDialAi?

You can connect it to external phone systems,
but the landing page + AI must remain on the iDTel platform.


Can I buy global rights?

Yes—contact us to discuss multi-country or worldwide rights.


Are best offers and bids legally binding?

Best offer submissions are not binding. Submitting an offer via auction indicates genuine intent and may be binding depending on your country’s contract laws.
