By visiting or using IDTel.co, creating an account, purchasing a product, reserving or leasing a Smart iD, or joining the IDTel Partner Network, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Overview of Services
IDTel provides tools for reserving and managing Smart iD Numbers (sometimes referred to as vanity numbers), building AI-powered landing pages, managing subscriptions and leases, and participating in affiliate or partner programs.
These Terms apply to all features, services, and integrations with IDDial.com and related applications, unless otherwise governed by product-specific terms.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
- Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated
- Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or approved providers
- Australian GST applies to Australian customers
- International customers may be subject to local taxes or VAT
Refunds are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and any applicable product-specific terms or refund policies.
5. Affiliates & Partners
Affiliate participation is governed by the IDTel Affiliate Agreement (v2.1 or later). By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to those terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use IDTel to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
- Misrepresent IDTel, Smart iDs, or affiliates
- Engage in fraud, harassment, deceptive, or unlawful marketing
We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, systems, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation used on IDTel.co and IDDial.com are owned by or licensed to IDTEL GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 69 693 776 966), unless otherwise stated.
Certain features, systems, and methods used by IDTel — including Smart iD technology, routing logic, brand access mechanisms, and AI-assisted interaction workflows — are the subject of patent applications or issued patents in Australia and other jurisdictions.
IDTel™, IDDial™, Smart iD™, and related names and logos are trademarks of IDTEL GROUP PTY LTD or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership, licence, or right to use IDTel’s patents, trademarks, or intellectual property except as strictly necessary to access and use the services in accordance with these Terms.
8. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some IDTel features use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to generate, analyse, or present information, including chat, voice synthesis, and automated content suggestions.
AI outputs are provided for informational and assistive purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, IDTel does not guarantee completeness or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
9. International Use
IDTel operates from Australia but serves users globally. You are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. Features, pricing, and content may change from time to time.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDTel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you to IDTel in the 12 months preceding the claim, unless otherwise specified in applicable product-specific terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or misuse. You may cancel your account at any time. Certain data may be retained where required by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication, unless otherwise stated.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. User-Generated Content
You may upload text, images, and media. By uploading content, you grant IDTel a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute the content for as long as it remains on the platform.
You represent that you own or have rights to all submitted content. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
5. Prohibited Content
Content must not be pornographic, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious, and must not contain malware or fake reviews.
6. Linking & Integrations
IDDial may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform software, design, and trademarks belong to IDTEL GROUP PTY LTD. User content remains the property of the uploader, subject to the licence above.
8. Artificial Intelligence Features
IDDial may use AI to generate voice, text, or summaries. These features are assistive only and may contain errors. You should verify AI-generated information before acting on it.
9. International Use
IDDial is accessible globally. Users must comply with local laws. Non-waivable consumer rights remain protected.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided “as is,” to the extent permitted by law. IDTel’s liability is limited to re-performance of the service or refund of fees paid (if any).
11. Termination & Removal
We may remove content or restrict access that breaches these Terms or applicable laws.
12. Amendments
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
